Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses a product we sell, and to every project we take on. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you may not do with our products

• Break the law of any jurisdiction that applies to you, or help anyone else do so.
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute or rebrand a product of ours as your own, or make it available to people who have not bought their own licence.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code, except where a law gives you that right and only to the extent it does.
• Upload or process malware, or use our software to attack, scan, overload or gain unauthorised access to any system.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or process data you have no lawful basis to hold.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or privacy.
• Use our software to impersonate a person or organisation, or to present fabricated records, reviews or credentials as genuine.
• Circumvent usage limits, licence checks or access controls.

2. Work we do not take on

We decline custom development engagements, whatever they pay, where the purpose of the software is to:

• Make earnings, income, health, or investment-return claims that cannot be substantiated.
• Operate a scheme whose returns depend on recruiting further participants.
• Collect payments, credentials or identity documents under a false or borrowed identity, or imitate a real organisation's site, portal or support flow.
• Produce or distribute malware, credential harvesters, or tools whose main use is unauthorised access.
• Sell or facilitate anything on Stripe's list of prohibited businesses, or anything unlawful in the client's jurisdiction or in ours.
• Target children, or process children's data without a lawful basis and verified parental consent.

3. No claims about results

We do not state or imply that our software will make anyone money, improve anyone's health, or produce any specific business outcome, and we do not permit our products or our name to be marketed that way by anyone else. Where we publish figures, they describe what the software does, not what a user will earn.

4. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been breached, we may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice depending on the severity, and we may refuse a refund of the affected period. Where we can, we tell you what happened and give you a chance to put it right first. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting abuse

To report a breach of this policy, email {{EMAIL_LEGAL}} with the details. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
