Custom software development
When a client needs software that does not exist off the shelf, we build it. This page explains exactly how a project runs, what it costs, and what you own at the end.
What we build
- Web applications. Customer-facing or internal, built to a defined specification and hosted where you choose.
- Content and information applications. Applications whose purpose is to organise, deliver and keep track of a body of content for an audience.
- Internal tools and dashboards. Reporting, operations and admin interfaces built on top of systems you already run.
- Integrations and automations. Connecting systems that do not talk to each other, and removing manual steps between them.
We do not take projects whose purpose is to make claims we cannot verify, to collect payments for a third party, or that fall outside our Acceptable Use Policy.
How a project runs

All amounts are in United States dollars (USD). Project work is invoiced, not bought from this website. Invoices are payable by card or bank transfer.
What you own
On final payment, all intellectual property in the work we produce for you under a statement of work transfers to you, including the source code. We keep the right to reuse generic components and know-how that are not specific to your business. We do not use your data or your project to train anything, and we do not name you as a client without your written permission.
Cancellation
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for the work completed and accepted up to the date of cancellation, and we hand over what has been built. Retainers end 30 days after written notice. The full terms are in the Terms of Service and the cancellation policy.
