Everything we charge for, on one page. All amounts are in United States dollars (USD). The amount shown is the amount charged to your card; applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

What is not charged
- The scoping call is free and carries no obligation.
- There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no account fee on any product above.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee on subscriptions or retainers.
Price changes
We may change the price of a product. A price change never applies to a purchase you have already made. For subscriptions, we give at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Currency, taxes and your bank
All charges are made in USD. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee that we neither set nor receive. Sales tax, VAT or equivalent is applied at checkout where the law of your location requires it.
What appears on your statement
Charges from us appear on your card statement as {{STATEMENT_DESCRIPTOR}}. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email {{EMAIL_SUPPORT}} before contacting your bank — we can identify it and refund it far faster than a dispute can.
Promotions
We do not currently run discounts, trials or promotional offers. If we introduce one, its full conditions — who qualifies, how long it lasts, what happens when it ends and what you are charged afterwards — will be stated on this page and shown again at checkout before you pay.
